This may sound a little crazy but here goes. We now have an application with Advanced Revelations code for pest control. The company (3 years ago) made a version of Open Insight to work along with the other system. The only problem is they never got it to work and scrapped the idea. We have to switch our software (this year sometimes) and one thought is to have a seperate company write an OpenInsight program we can use along with what we have.

My problem. Before we make a decision as to what we want to do I wanted to reaccess this program and don't remember the password and user name. I know it sounds like I may be pulling your leg but I am wondering if I can somehow extract it like I can with MSEXCEL etc. Any ideas?

Sharing ways to remove or workaround passwords is not a legally prudent thing to do, especially publically. It sounds like you are using RouteRite. We've already been helping other companies in similar circumstances. Give me a call or send me an email if you want to talk any further about this.
