The other day, I started Openinsight on my PC for the first time in a month or so. Openinsight would not start. All I got was a windows message indicating that ntvdm.exe has generated errors.

I shutdown virus checkers, and everything else I could, but I still got the ntvdm errors. I tried a safe startup, and Openinsight worked fine.

After more playing around, it turned out that the problem was caused by the NVidia Quicktweak. At some stage I had enabled the desktop manager in Quicktweak. I disabled desktop manager, and Openinsight ran fine.

Hope this helps others in the future who may have the same problem.
