RevG in Windows95 (AREV Specific)

Help! Our office manager has been keeping all of our company's production info on Revelation RevG. She recently upgraded her computer to Windows95 because of requirements from another software. Her Revelation software has gone totally beserk! This is a single user version loaded only on her machine. I am the network admin and I have no programming experience. The guy who wrote this program has disappeared.
Will RevG work in a Windows95 environment? If so, what do I need to do to get it working? Also, is she losing data when these problems are occuring?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry - what does going beserk mean? We run RevG under 95 all the time, no sweat…

Thanks for the response.
The problems that she is having are very random and do not not really follow any pattern. We are a real estate company, and the program was designed to keep tract of commissions and commission splits. Deals that were entered in the past (before Win95) are now either gone or one person involved in the deal will now read $0.00, but it is not consistent, some deals are there and others are gone. Also, any time she types in "END" to go back to a previous screen she gets an error that says "FB NOT AVAILABLE". When she prints out production reports, it is leaving off deals that were in the system. There are other problems, but this is an example of the type of thing that is happening. I'm sorry that I can't give you more detailed information, but I really don't know much about this software.
Thanks for your help.

OK sounds like a GFE (Group Format Error). In your situation the best course is probably to restore from a good backup as fixing it can be long winded. Do any of the options on the menu reference
"Recover" or "Recover.Lnk"?
These were routines provided with Rev G to fix GFES. If you get to TCL (The colon prompt) can you type RECOVER.LNK (F) and see what happens?

The correct spelling is berserk. Going berserk generally means getting out of control and being unpredictable. Word's thesaurus gives the following words:
violent, rampant, uncontrollable, storming, raging, rampaging, uncurbed, unchecked, boisterous

Andrew,
Thanks for the help, we're going to try restoring from a backup. We had an unrelated problem during the Win95 installation when the machine was re-booting. I'm starting to think that we may have had some files corrupted when that happened. I'll let you know what happens.

While we're discusssing the thesaurus, there is a funny thing going around right now. In case you haven't heard about it yet, what you do is open up a new document in Word, type the words "unable to follow directions", highlight the whole phrase, and then select thesaurus.

Surprisingly I had to set language to American for this to work - obviously not the case for Brits!

We have a large number of clients running our payroll system on RevG2B. We ran into all sorts of trouble when they started using Win95 clients.
We never had these problems in our development and test environments. The client systems were not releasing memory when dropping back a level, except when returning to level 1.
This caused the application to run out of memory, or reach the program stack limit of 255 programs.
The difference turned out to be the version of REV.EXE. Old versions that report a directory size of 76,158 bytes do not have the problem. Later versions (76,268 bytes - ie the one you get if you buy one today) do have the problem.
Unfortunately, we have never found a runtime REV.EXE that works. All the old REV.EXE's that we have are developer versions. Most of our clients only bought the runtime licence.
Strangely, we have only had this problem with Win 95. In spite of extensive testing, we have had no such trouble with W3.1, W3.11, NT3.51 or NT4.01.
Full details of this problem were posted on this board (some 3 years ago). There was also extensive dialogue and written communication with XLTECH (Australian distributor) and RevTech (USA).
