I took over a project from another company and I have no source code. I need to decompile the executable to get the source. Does anybody know where that RBasic Decompiler is at? I read about it in a magazine a long long while ago. I need it now….

Your best bet is to contact Revelation Software to establish a means of doing this.

There may be licensing related and legal issues to contend with. One sentiment is that it runs contrary to the spirit of the licensing agreement. Another issue is that maybe the present user of the software is not the owner of the source code, or does not have intellectual property rights to it.

Another aspect of decompilation is that much AREV functionality is written in RBASIC itself. You would thus have the means to take apart what Revelation Software for many good reasons would prefer you did not.
