Revelation NLM 5.0 and NetWare 5.1 (Networking Products)

Our company just upgraded a client running NetWare 4.1, Arev 2.03, and the Revelation NLM 1.5 to NetWare 5.1 and the NLM 5.0. While the original configuration was running fine, after the upgrades we get "Boot Media Map" and "FS472" messages when starting Arev. We doubled checked the items in the Troubleshooting section of the installation manual, but no luck. We also verified that the NLMs are loaded and report to be v5.0. We did not install IP during the NetWare upgrade, I don't know if that is significant since Arev requires IPX anyway. Does anyone have insight into this problem – could there be incompatibilites with NetWare 5.1?
