Setting up Arev on both sides of a WAN (AREV Specific)

I am now running two LANS over a point to point T1 (8 channels) WAN using one copy of AREV on one side of the WAN. This is obviously very slow on the side that does not have the AREV.
We have recently purchased another copy of AREV with a 10 user bump for the other side of the WAN but I need to know which files to maintain with the new AREV and which to leave in the main fileserver.
We will be working with two domains and one fileserver which will contain our day to day files such as inventory, ar, ap, traffic, etc.
is there any set way to get the two domains to work pointing to the same fileserver?

Are your LANS operating on Netware, NT or what?

We are operating both LANS on NT4.0, 2 seperate domains connected to a file server on one side of the WAN. This is AREV 2.12 using a clear 8 channels of a T1 point to point line (PRI), TCP/IP and NETBEUI only.
I can get both AREVS working and can see the file server on both sides but I can't get the stand alone side (the side that does not have the data files under the AREV folder) to attach to the datafiles. My thought is that I'm missing a file on the non working side and my pointers arn't working right.
Any suggestions would help.
