Is there a simple way to do save as? I tried looking at some of the code from SYS forms and it went so far over my head it didn't even ruffle my hair.

I have a simple form with only two editlines and a very large edittable (which contains symbolics). I need to have the ability to modify the data in the edittable and save it as another record and leave the original intact. It sounded so simple many hours ago.

I came up with a long, arduous, inefficient, way to accomplish the task at hand. I don?t even understand all of your way yet, but I think I like it much better than the mess I created.
