I can 'recover' by replacing the REV files in the oinsight subdirectory. (of course loosing the just deployed application)
I save a backup of the REV files just before running RDKINSTALL.
Anyone have any ideas as to they cause of the Oengine failure? Thanks,

Are you deploying DOS files, like DLLs for example? We discovered a bug in the RDK installation process that makes REVBOOT a zero-byte length file when installing DOS files. The end result is a GPF like the one you are describing. This has been fixed an placed in 3.7.5 I believe.
