When I start Openinsgiht I get the following error:

"One of the libraries needed to run this program is damaged.

To repair the damage reinstall this program."

I have reinstall OI but the problem does not go away.

I have reinstall all the way back to OI 2.6

The version of OI that I have is OI v3.14
