The only difficulties you may encounter depend on the Netware version and service pack you may choose. The Network Product Matrix can give you detailed info on those configurations.
For the quick version:
You should be fine on even the latest Netware 4.11/4.2 Service Pack (I believe it was sp9).
If you ever upgrade to Netware 5 or 5.1, stay away from 5.0 sp4, and 5.1 (no service pack).
