From the top of my head - it can be you've got the wrong network driver (use Netdrv.exe to set the correct one, probably All Networks Driver). Another reason can be wrong system date on your PC (2098 instead of 1998). I'm sure there are other probable reasons too, but that's all I remember now.

I discover I've already suggested wrong system year for a different problem you've got so it's probably something else this time. Well - wouldn't it be nice if all problems had exactly the same cause?
