oipi .net and oecgi2 (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

Back in 9/16/2005 Revelation said oipi needs the Presentation Server.

My testing in 8.0.8 shows that is still the case.

Will the oipi using .Net of 9.0 require the Presentation Server as well?
