When defining a dictionary entry for a DATE datatype (D4E), what should the justification and length be? R5 (internal) or L11 (external)?

Dates, numbers etc should alway be "R" justified if you will ever do sorting. Length needs to be the max needed for the 'format' (DE4, D2/ etc) you are using.
