FS1006 can't find UNC path (AREV Specific)

The user has a Windows 2000 PC and Revelation is v2.12. This user accesses the referenced file by attaching it from a separate Revelation installation on the network (separate serial number), so there could be some network issues involved. And, I figure Revelation is trying to access this record at a low level, since my program doesn't code for any records like that. Can you idenfity what file(s) might be accessed by Revelation that would have a {filename}*{accountname} record key?
