I wrote a while back on this one and heard no response, anyone have any ideas?

We have a site running AREV 3.111 and the NLM.
   Network Version Novell 4.1
   Application Running under Win95
It has been installed running under DOS since last October with no problems.

ecently they moved from DOS to Win95 and started experiencing recurring errors FS231.

                  RTP57
                  SYSTEXT
                  RTP18*STATUS
I looked under SYSmessages and found none, so I suppose it is comming from the NLM side.
                  Other symptoms include 
                  B235
                  Waiting for index {VOID*ROOT}
                  to be available.
Are they environment related, NLM related, network problems?
