I have downloaded the "Combine Links" tool, but how do I get the icon into the SmartIcon tool bar.  Is there an icon for it?

If it is the Link Converter Tool you are attempting to utilize from the ViP SmartIcons …

The Edit SmartIcon dialog lets you edit SmartIcons and assign SmartIcons to ViP applications (including designer tools). You can then use these SmartIcons to run the applications.

To open this dialog box, select Edit Icon from the SmartIcons dialog box.

Available Custom icons

Shows the custom icons shipped with ViP and any icons you have placed in the ViP icons directory.

To create a new custom icon, use a painting tool, such as Paintbrush, to create a 21 pixel X 21 pixel bitmap, and place the bitmap in the ViP icons subdirectory (..\VIP\ICONS).

Run application

Specifies the file name of the ViP application that the icon runs.

Description

Describes briefly the ViP application. This description is optional. It also appears to the right of the icon in the Available Custom icons list box, and it appears in the title bar when you position the mouse pointer on the icon in the Designer window, and press and hold the right mouse button.

Position the mouse pointer on the tool, and press and hold the right mouse button to display its name in the Designer window title bar.

Browse

Opens the Browse dialog box, which you can use to locate the application that you want to attach to the icon.
