I have fixed this so that a column can now have a null (blank) heading, and the rest of the columns will retain their set column headings. The code specifically considered a blank column header as indicating a corrupt set of text for the headers and so set everything back to a default state of "Text".Are there any side-effects that I'm not thinking of to allowing a column to have a blank heading? I am not aware of any reasons why this would not work OK everywhere, unless there is specific code in an application which expects the col heading to be not-null.
Whilst on the subject of tables, a similar little problem on Win2000 versus Win98. A column with zero width, does not display the contents on Win98, but on Win2000 it displays 1/2 a character and looks messy. I know you can hide the column, but the difference in display is annoying.
