Rlist duplicate rows (AREV Specific)

I am sorting 27,000 records (patient diagnoses for a 1-year period) to get a total number of patient visits for each diagnosis. Is there a way to supress duplicate rows (some have over 1,000)so that each diagnosis is listed only once, with the total number of times this diagnosis was used? I'd appreciate any time-saving advice. Thanks

Hi:
Using List table by diagnosis break-on diagnosis "v" total count det-supp got my report down to one-liners for each diagnosis, but now instead of listing what the diagnosis is, it has everything as "v". How can I now get it to list what the actual text diagnosis should be?

Hi there:
When I use the "'v'" I now get *** instead of a whole list of Vs. Are we getting closer?

Thanks for not mentioning that on my only post in about 2/3 weeks I included a stunning combination of RLIST and SQL all in the same sentance. Not only would it not work but I bet if it did it wouldn't be legal !
