AREV 3.111 Running on Windows 2003 Server

Anyone know how to make the Expanded Memory work?

WHO

Expanded Memory=Inactive

Available memory=184000

This is not enough to run AREV properly and the program crashes.

What switches do you have on the AREV.EXE command line? /mx4096 or /m /x4096 is somewhat universal.

Go to c:\windows or c:\WINNT and fine the file called _default.pif.

Right click and go to properties. Click on the memory tab, make everything auto except expanded memory, make that 4096. This will set the default settings of any dos window.
