OI Configuration - Best Case scenario?? (OpenInsight Specific)

We are migrating a AREV client to OI.

Next week we would like to install the web deployment Pack.
I was looking for some feedback on "caveat's" to this setup or
recommendations, concerns/suggestions for the best configuration.
