We are upgrading IBM P100 mchines Win 95 Build A to Dell PIII 350 machines with Win 95 Build B. When the 2nd Dell machine attempts to enter our AREV 2.12 Transportation Management System the system appears to stall at signon. We believe this is a file locking/sharing problem. The system resides on an NT 3.51 server. Any suggestions? We are 30-40 days from an system upgrade which will resolve the problem as well.

Have you got the NPP/NT Service installed? If not this is not a supported configuration. Ensure write behind cacheing is diabled at the workstations and disable new locking semantics.
