The memory requirement for OpenInsight is 8MB of RAM. I couldn't find any listed for the NT Service, but I would say 1MB would be safe estimation.

I don't see anything wrong with running OI off an NT server with MSSQL Server and the NT Service running on the same NT server as well, nor have I heard of any problems.
