We are looking for a good product we can use to demo our openinsight product across the internet. Has anyone out there found a product or approach they would recommend?

Glenn,
Do you want to do an interactive/live demo or a pre-recorded demo?

Don, definitely a live demo, with interaction from the prospect.

Try Netmeeting.
If you are not behind a firewall, or can punch a hole for the correct ports (1720 and 1503) then you can have them call you, you share your desktop. It is free, usually installed on every Windows 98 or better machine.
webex is the solution that we use when stymied by firewalls.

Glenn,
If you have Windows 2000 Server, then you can use the build-in Terminal Service feature to give your prospect access to your system W2K system. Once the prospect has logged in you can "remote control" their desktop to give a real interactive demo. You will be please with the performance (assuming you and the demo-ee have a fast internet connection - something other than a dial-up).

Thanks for all the input - we have settled, at least for now, on GOTOMYPC, and are achieving reasonable speed for a demo even with the prospect on a dialup.
