KERNEL AND USER ERRORS (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

When using APPBAKUP I am receiving two errors:
FS100 - KERNEL
FS100 - USER
When I look into SYSPROCS there are:
DLL_KERNEL
DLL_KERNEL32
DLL_USER
DLL_USER32
I suspect that KERNEL and USER are leftovers from 16 bit.
What should I do??
Is it safe to delete the old - how??

It is safe to remove the old. Just run the following command from the system monitor:
RUN DELETE_ROW 'SYSPROCS','DLL_USER'
I don't know though if this will solve the problem- please let us know.
Thanks-
Mike

Sorry, failure, still receive same error messages on Appbakup.
Over to you again.

I found reference to both DLLs in account SHIP, DLLs and when I deleted these two entities, the Appbakup worked without errors.
So running the DELETE_ROW is only part of solution. Hope this helps.
Thanks
