In our development with OI we converted AREV tables. I'm currently trying to remove the indexes from the OI side so that I can rename the volume so if we want to convert a user from AREV to OI we can set aliases and copy the records across.

When in OI I try to remove the indexes the !file is still there. The residule index information for BTree and CrossRef indexes changes each time I remove the indexes and I cannot seem to get rid of a relational index. I notice on the destination file in the dictionary item (position 25) that the first letter of the source tables name is in the position.

I'm at a loss after messing around for 2 days…should I first remove all the BTree then CrossRef and then the relational indexes. Any direction would be great. Thanks much in advance.

Chad,

I would recommend removing them manually. This can be done through AREV or OI. This is the
