I have a customer who wants to use the "Print to File" feature in Reporter. However, the .csv file that it produces does not terminate the records with CR/LF. Also, blank fields are not represented in the output records which throws the columns off.

Anyone have any suggestions? (In case the Print to File feature befuddles you, like it did me, it's accessed on the File]Print Setup dialog).
