Is ISTSR for use only with the NLM or can it be used with NT Service too? We have the REVPARM set to SERVER ONLY=1, but when we run ISTSR ot returns 0.

IsTSR checks for the existence of the lhipxtsr tsr in memory. As this is only used to tell the NLM that it is alive it is not needed with the NT service.
