Unfortuantely we have got to the stage where some of our DOS based machines are / have died.

As such all our new replacement PC's are running Windows XP. After a search of the forum yesterday, I came to the conclusion that XP seems to possibly cause some problems.

1. Does anyone know of any speed problems with the current Novell client. The preference seems to be for the 4.82SP2 client, with file caching turned off. Unfortuantely I have not been able to find a copy of this client.

2. Are there any preferred option on CONFIG.DOS and AUTOEXEC.DOS for a faster peforming AREV.

3. Suggested command line for running AREV under Windows XP

4. Anything else I need to be aware off.
