I'm curious to know how many other developers / apps there are with international characters (i.e, where at least the language of the data contains international characters, perhaps also apps have "international" collation sequence, bi-directional CHARMAP, etc).
(Forgot to mention it's mainly OI apps I'd like to know about.)
