Too many users. One of the companies we support is having a problem logging in to the program. It flashes a message which says "Attempt to log on exceeded number of users", this may not be exact as the message goes past very quickly. The are licensed for 16 users and each time this has occurred there have been no more than six users logged in. Eventually the person having the problem is able to log in even though no one else has logged off.

They have a Novell Network and have an NLM.

Any suggestions for a solution would be appreciated.
