Is there a way to use the sequential Key with the web in the same manner as using it within OI and Arev, IE using %SK% to get the last key? I can probably find the last key through brute force, but that is so ugly.

I suggest assigning the key when you save a new record using %SK%. That means your UI on the web may be different than your desktop application's UI.
