We are still having a problem at one of our sites that has an erratic hanging problem. We have recently removed the LH service and installed another copy. We did not start the service and the users worked fine for a week. The server had been rebooted by their network staff and because the LH service was set to automatic the service was started and since then they have started hanging again.
REVPARAM was removed when we decided to run without the services.
The site is currently running with 6/7 users but this is due to increase so there will be the need for the LH service.
Are we the only OI developers that are experiencing this problem.
Would appreciate any suggestions.

What specific problems are you seeing? Have you set up the server and/or workstation logs and checked them?
How about the event viewer on the server?

This is still the continuation of the problem we talked about at the begining of July when you suggested I run a LH log.
