TSR conflict (Networking Products)

At the same office mentioned in my previous post, they have two DOS workstations that switch back and forth as a CAD workstation and as an AREV workstation.
The CAD program is called MasterCAM. The menu program that calls this programs loads it like this:
MAST32.COM
MASTERCA.EXE
MAST32 /U
Apparantly MAST32 is a TSR necessary to run the CAD software (it's a key emulator). However, whenever we try to run AREV after the CAD software has already been used (and presumably unloaded), it freezes at the AREV banner before any of the dots appear.
Any way to resolve this? Does it sound like the MAST32 TSR isn't unloading itself nicely?
Thanks,

You might want to see if loading high works. You alsop might consider loading the TSR at boot-up and having it remain resident the whole time.
