At one time when I whent to Import Ascii window and

pressed F2 the list of processes will appear. Now for some

reason it comes up as empty list. I tried rebuilding QuikIndex

for ImportExport file but that did not help.

Try removing Quickdex altogether. If the QDEX record is between 64 and 32K Quickdex starts failing. The record keys in IMPORTEXPORT can be quite lengthy so you had hit 32K rather easily.
