The customer uses Lotus Notes, but not in conjunction with Ceridian. How can we get rid of this error? We have run the batch file in hris and disabled notes, but it did nothing.

There are two easy ways to disable Notes functionality in OpenInsight:

1) run the batch file "nonotes.bat"

2) deleting/renaming the oi2notes.dll
