Just one of those little things that drive people nuts:

I put two radio button controls on one form. Radio_2 refused to execute any type of post-entry event - no script, no procedure, no nuttin'. After spending most of an afternoon on a snipe hunt, I decided to search the message board for some info.

Oystein mentioned something about changing the length of the descriptions. That might have helped, but I had to go one step further and change the length of the returned values. That did the trick .
