NT Service Slow WS Rot Spreads (Networking Products)

I installed NT Service on a client network about six months ago and it has been running fine.
They recently added an NT Workstation which has been running extremely slow (takes 15 minutes to start ARev). I just got a e-mail note that one of the Win95 stations is now behaving the same way.
The only similarity that comes to my mind is that both the NT and Win95 workstations are in a seperate building connect via a T1 line to the network and NT server running the LH Service.
I don't know as of yet if all the stations are running slow.
Aaron, I passed on the tip of setting the LH Service to start as another user but I don't know if they have implemented this.
If anyone has any ideas as to what could be going on I'd appreciate the input.

Warren,
Try copying the entire application to the C:\drive on the NT workstation and see if it takes 15 minutes to log in.
If it logs in quickly, then it's network related \(check network
card / cabling / routing / hubs / etc…).
If it's slow then you're looking at workstation configuration.

The odd thing is that it has started behaving the same way on a Win95 station now.

1) The NT WS worked fine for a few weeks then slowed down.
2) The Win95 station has worked fine for six or so months before slowing down.
3) Other Win95 stations in the same building on the T1 line are working (so far) fine.
4) Initially mapping/attaching the network drive on the misbehaving WSes is very slow at bootup/WS login.
It's starting to sound like a workstation or network problem.

Warren,
Check the history of application of service packs or othe MS software (MS 5.0 browsers and Office 2000 spring to mind) - has there been a recent rollout? Has everyone switched over to exchange or Outlook or something?
Also, try a defrag utility for NT (backup first though) and see if this helps. There are several (shareware/freeware) at http://www.pcmag.com/downloads

I saw this problem on one of my clients sites.
Remove the network protocols on the workstation, and then re-install them.
