I am trying to use 'Check-out Entities without Entity Locking - Copy To' to use an OI application form in another OI application. When I copy the entity to a directory, OI creates a temporary repository in the specified directory. I then exit the current application containing the form's home repository and then start another OI application. I have tried to use 'Check-out Entities without Locking - Copy From' to copy the entity from the temporary repository to current application's repository. When I click the Entities button I get the following message: "There are no check-outs for the current user."

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

I believe that both the application name and the username you use to check things in/out must match. Trying to check things in under a different user name will return the message you described.

What Jeff said is exactly right and is basically what I was communicating in my e-mail. As I also mentioned, look into the RDK Update process. It works well and clean - plus you get to save your deployment definitions for quick modification down the road.
