My client's client is running Arev 3.12 and LH Service on Win2K Server. A few weeks ago they got hit by a virus. The virus is taken care of, but now they are having LH Service issues. When someone logs into their system via Terminal Server, they cannot access Arev unless the LH Service is stopped, but then their local users cannot access. Likewise, if the LH Service is running, the local users are fine, but the TS users can't access. Any thoughts?

Thanks, folks!

It sound very much as if one or more REVPARAM files are missing, corrupted or named incorrectly. Make sure that the REVPARAM files are in there correct places (depending on the LH Service you are using) and ensure that the REVPARAM files do NOT have an extension of any description.

As far as I know, all the Revparam files are correct. We are running LH Service for Win2K. We've tried having the files in every folder and subfolder. Where else do they need to be?

Ts means that a foreign computer is taking over a local computer, right? What happens if you go directly to the computer that you are running TS through and try to access OI (without going through TS)? Can that comuter successfully connect to OI without the the issues that you are encountering when you are going through TS?

Given that AV has been an issue, has someone enthusiastically decided to scan real time LH files? Normally we set AV to exclude *.LK and *.OV.
