Windows 95 hangs in system shutdown when using ODBC from oinsight (OpenInsight Specific)

even after shutting down personal Oracle before shutting down
Windows 95 I get the same problem ….
if connecting over the same driver from Oracle's ODBC test program,
I don't get this problem
any idea ??
