I am trying to call a HTML file from OI, I tried using RUNHELP as following:-

DECLARE FUNCTION UTILITY

X=UTILITY('RUNHELP', 'TEST.HLP')

RETURN 1

This only seems to work with a HLP file and not a HTML file, is there any simular way to call an HTML file?

Check this message from Cameron Purdy which deals with the Windows API ShellExecute function. As well as allowing you to start documents you can also use it to execute HTML pages by passing it the URL you want to open. It has the advantage of no DOS boxes too.
