Converting Windows in AREV 3.12 (AREV Specific)

I used the UPDATEAPPLICATION in the SYSOBJ which worked pretty well - by converting the table names on all the prompts from "." to "_" and the table name associtated with the table from "." to "_" - this worked well since we had already converted the tables. The only problem was it destroyed then WINDOW processes (not the prompt processes).
Does anyone have any suggestions on bringing back the WINDOW processes?, or anything else that will work (short of combing every window and doing manually).
