Okay, I've downloaded the AR303.ZIP file to replace my bad AREV 3.03 Maintenance Release diskette. I am not sure this is the correct thing, though. The description of this file says "This is the Advanced Revelation 3.03 maintenance Release. You can apply this upgrade to the following products:

Advanced Revelation 3.0 through 3.02

Full Development or deployed runtimes"

But the version I'm replacing is from my 3.12 upgrade from 2.12. According to the documentation that comes with the upgrade kit, I was expecting that the 3.03 release is what gets me from version 2.xx to version 3 (the instructions say 3.01, but 3.03 is what's in the box. So what's true here? Can I use the downloaded material to upgrade from 2 to 3 or what?

Depending on the path you chose, this shouldn't be a problem. If I remember all the steps to this correctly, you should have received a box with an inordinate amount of upgrades. These move you slowly and deliberately though controlled upgrades to minimise the effects of so many changes.

The 2.1 to 3.0 should be an upgrade to 3.0 then an upgrade to 3.01. After that, you upgrade to 3.10 then 3.12. If this is the case, replacing the 3.01 with a 3.03 should not cause any problems.

That appears to be the problem. The documentation for the 2.1 to 3.0 upgrade is in the box, but not the diskettes.

The diskettes I have are:

 3.03 Maintenance Release

 3.1  Upgrade

 3.1  Trade-Up

 3.12 Maintenance Release

How do I go about getting the diskettes for the 3.0 Upgrade?
