AREV 3.12 and WINFRAME (AREV Specific)

We have a client using Winframe and AREV 3.12 with our application. The client is having problems with locks not being released properly. To release the locks he needs to reboot the server. He said that no matter how many users are logged into the WinFrame server, WinFrame only passes one workstation ID to AREV. Is this true, and if so, could this be contributing to the locking issue.
