NT Server handling of multiple paper trays (AREV Specific)

We have a new NT server with ARev. We have the NT service. Everything works very well except printing. We have three separate printers defined on the server, one for each paper tray on our HP5si. Each points only to the appropriate paper tray. When we send a print job to the server, with the right escape sequence on it, the server shows the job in the appropriate queue, but then the job prints out of the manual feed tray no matter what. Test prints from each queue as well as from the workstation (from the printers screen in Win 98) print from the right trays. I will entertain all suggestions at this point…

For the HP laser, if your paper trays are different
sizes (eg A4 and A3) use the escape codes for the paper
sizes instead. Had the same problem last week with the
HP5000N. The escape sequences were in the manual, or
can be found at www.hp.com using the search on "PCL
codes".

I tried sending the PCL commands for the paper sizes. I also tried a combination of commands for paper type and size, as well as sending reset commands and no commands at all. The print job goes to the queue that points to the correct tray but out of the queue goes to the manual feed tray no matter what I ask for. I have three shared printers on the NT server. I use the following syntax to control the printer: SUSPEND EXIT NET USE LPT1: \\servername\queuename /yes. Do I need to have three queues on the server for one printer with three trays, am I using the right commands, and does this sound like an ARev problem? I can print to a DOS file, see the escape sequences at the top of the file, send the file with COPY TEST.TXT LPT1 and it still prints out of the wrong tray.
