Does "enabled button bar" work on any WinNT machines? (OpenInsight Specific)

This is a known bug with win nt and OI. The spr# is DCAO3R4T2V if you would ever like to know the status of this spr you can call in and ask the status of the spr# DCAO3R4T2V . The status of it right now is new.
