OpenInsight 4.1.2 Upgrade posted to Works Download Section (OpenInsight 16-Bit Specific)

OpenInsight version 4.1.2 has been posted to the Works download section.
Major changes include:
-The default behavior of the LIST_VOLUME command has been changed- if no return information or sort order is specified, the command will now return the table name, foreign name, and MFSs, and if no sort order is specified the results will be sorted by Table Name.
-LIST_VOLUME now accepts an additional argument in the Return Column list- TABLE_MFS, which will return all MFSs on the files listed.
-New user password security has been added. The New User dialog box in the Database Manager has been modified to prompt for password options- never expires, expires at a certain date, or must change password at next logon. The Update User dialog has also been modified accordingly. CREATE_USER now takes an additional two parameters
-Expiration Value and Password Expiration Date. Logon logic has been modified to warn when a users logon is approaching the expiration date.
-The LIST_USERS command has been modified to display two new columns, Expiration Value and Expiration Date.
-NAMECAP has been added to the list of supplied Stored Procedure. Namecap takes a string and converts it to correct name capitalization.
*UTF Functionality has been enhanced again. The Form Designer and System editor have flags, in the menu, that allow the mode of the tool to be switched between ANSI and UTF8. The Application Properties dialog box has been modified with an additional checkbox for UTF/ANSI modes.
-The default mode of the OpenEngine is now ANSI
-Updated SYSPROCS record FSERRORS_400 to include documentation for errors FS450 through FS497
-Corrected a bug in Choosefile utility request that could disconnect an embedded engine's working directory.
-Updated the Progref.chm help file, added a new Unicode.chm help file.
-Fixed a bug where aliasing to the same tablename more than three times would generate an FS210 error
-Added the DCOUNT function back to OpenInsight
-Enlarged the dropdown in Form Designer Quick Event window
-The Tool Tips generated by OpenInsight now use standard color and font.

They icon has been pulled due to a very last minute bug discovered when several users are created in an application.
