Win95 Problems (AREV Specific)

Some of my users are complaining of having problems with AREV locking up if yhey have a keyboard with the Windows key and they accidentaly hit the Windows key which minimizes AREV and brings up the Start menu. Once this happens the keyboard no longer responds in AREV. Also I have had complaints that sometimes every time a user hits the m key in AREV while typing AREV is minimized. I'm sure that this is also related to hitting another key by mistake but I haven't been able to figure out which key. Has anyone else had these problems and more importantly does anyone know how to fix them?

Ed,
Check the shortcut properties to ensure that
Always Suspend is UNCHECKED i.e. not
ticked.
We also had difficulties with Win 95 until we
changed the screen from Full Screen to
Window.
Users wanted the full screen because they were
used to it before Win 95 so they reset the
screen from our shortcut Window settings.
We enforced the discipline and set the FONT
to 10 x 18 in lieu of Auto which gave them the
same Window view as though in full screen.
Expanding up the window to full pane then
gave a more than satisfactory view.
We then encouraged client staff to use the '-'
to park Arev if necessary to use Word etc and
the difficulties went away.
Every shortcut for our clients has memory set
to 4096 EMS and no XMS and even with this
we discourage seting procedures running then
minimising.
In the miscellaneous section of the shortcut
properties we always uncheck the Alt-Tab and
the Alt-space which gave us trouble with Win
3.11 .
Hope this helps.

In addition to Kevin's comments, sounds like one or two keyboards might need to be replaced. Some alt-keys are probably sticking.
