Printing completes when F5 key pressed? (AREV Specific)

I have a client that had his computer switched off when Arev was opened.
Now, when he prints, the printing does not complete until he exits arev or presses the F5 key.
Has anyone any clue as to what could be corrupted, viruses etc.

Barry,
When you say that the print job doesn't complete, does that mean that the printer is responding and not all the output is printed?
Or does that mean that the print job is not queueing up (assuming that your client is running Windoze9x) or what?
Need to know operating system, Arev version, network printing or local printing.
Try this
If Arev 3.12 then
F5
RUNMENU STARTUP
Options
Workstation
Hardware
Yield time to Windows - Set to Yes.

Thanks for that, I will pass it on.
The Arev is 3.12.
Short prints, printing doesnt start
Long prints, starts but not finish.
I was originally getting him to press the to enter PDISK PRN to see if the printing needed closing.

You may need to trigger an "end of job".
After sending the print, force a SETPRINTER command and the printer should immediately kick in.
