STDIOERR Line 2 Error (AREV Specific)

We are running Arev 3.12 on Novell with the NLM. On one of our machines (mine), I have started getting an error message while logging in: "STDIOERR Line 2 Variable has not been assigned a value. Zero used." The machine then locks up.
If I access Arev without using the NLM (not using lhipxtsr) I don't get this message. Of course I can't do that.
The error started happening when our application was moved to a different server. The old one ran Novell 3.12. The new one runs 4.1. I'm running Windows 95 while others in our office are running Windows 98.
Can anyone offer a solution?

Try defining the frame type and board.
